Damages caused

As a freelance artist whose hourly rate is $40, every hour I spent dealing with Joselyn filing DMCAs, calling her out, researching where else she is impersonating/robbing me, compiling evidence etc. etc., is $40, and I think we're at some $800 so far.

My filing DMCAs against her on Patreon resulted in the suspension of my own account as my content on Patreon itself conformed to their guidelines, but it turns out they police what I can do off-site, and they didn't like what they found while investigating the veracity of my reports. To be clear, they confirmed that Joselyn was robbing me blind, but my off-site behaviour did not conform to on-site rules, which I was not previously aware of, so I was forced off Patreon. This resulted in a loss of $55/month and has been going on since August 2023, meaning Joselyn cost me a tangible $220 and counting.

I spent some 6 hours on this website, 6 x $40 = $240.

Add whatever you're sentenced to pay for pain and suffering as well as damages etc. when criminally impersonating someone.

She can consider herself lucky she is committing her crimes on US soil, because here in Germany, name-calling and death threats can also cost you. However, death threats such as "get shot in the street" or "find your decomposing body" are illegal in the US, too. I have filed a police report long ago, but they told me not to hold my breath for lack of identification. However, today, a supporter sent me all I need, from Joselyn's grandparents over her school all the way to her church.
